We need to ask ourselves the question:
Which God in the Eden narrative is our friend and which God is our foe?
The one who wants to teach humans wisdom and to be free and free thinkers OR the one who is a total control freak?

Throughout the world, it’s the snake who is the healer and teacher of wisdom, be it Greek Caduceus or Quetzalcoatl. In Australia, it’s the Rainbow Serpent who creates land and all animals and lays down the laws

Not all reptiles are bad. We need to remember that reptiles have occupied this planet much longer than mammals. Humans have been around for, what, a couple of hundreds of thousand years? Meanwhile the reptiles have ruled the planet for millions of years.

In the Asian tradition, it’s the good dragons that have helped the human civilization to develop and lent their hands in times of need. Obviously there are all kinds of dragons. Gold, red and black… The Amur River that forms the natural border between Russia and northeast China is the “Black Dragon River” in Chinese.

As for the US election, it’s interesting that the Hungarian Prime Minister, Viktor Organ, wants to fly to Florida to meet with Trump instead of wasting time talking to brain-dead and empty hull Biden.

We’ve seen the Secret Service in action and there’s no there, there. I’m a retired plastic molder, so you can imagine my expertise in security; none. From my limited knowledge watching movies, I deduce these errors: A perfunctory look at the aerial view shows lots and lots and lots and lots of rooftops within 500 yards from which a good shooter with an advanced rife could have laid down a clip or two of high power rounds in 15 to 30 seconds, which would be impossible to defend against without a handy barrier to duck behind. Such a field of fire will hit the target a few times. Such a venue needs air cover watching constantly those rooftops. The standard treatment for anyone appearing on any of them would be firing at them before they can do anything. Period. Why no fleet of drones with agents monitoring drone cameras that could direct fire from sharpshooters on the ground?

Why allow such a venue in the first place?

But wait! There’s more: I see wooded areas nearby. I personally know deer hunters who use tree perches to spot good deer paths so they can spot & set-up at some point where the deer are upwind and walk right into a good shot. Any forest provides great cover and a shooter can take his little seat and rations up 30 or 40 feet and put himself in a position to have a tree branch as his steady-rest and pick-off a target having clear sight outward with complete canopy cover from prying eyes. A shooter can strap himself to the tree and sleep there for a couple days. All of that is why a serious security detail would avoid like the plague a venue with a forest close enough for a serious gunman. Always assume the worst.

The shooter had an AR15. That rife with NATO rounds which are steel jacketed will pierce most barriers, including lots of vests. Trump is incredibly lucky to have turned his head at the moment of shot. The shooter went for the Brass Ring and didn’t want his surprise first round to be wasted on a vest. The protected individual needs luck when he has Secret Service protection?

The same people who have refused to give JFK, Jr. any protection are giving Trump minimal protection. Maybe they’re just there to protect Joe from serious competition? When Trump wins he needs to clean house, top-down. SS needs to be headed by someone with serious killing expertise; someone who can glance at an upcoming venue/situation and make decisions that are/will be complete and put an impenetrable barrier/shield/force in-between the protected party and potential perps. He needs veto power for bad locations. Look at the goddamn résumé of the stupid bitch running SS now:

I want to see real, serious Agents bossed by someone who has extensive background in a serious field of armed conflict against SMART people trying to kill people. We have a plethora of super-qualified retired military that fit that bill, not even to speak of all the team members and commanders of SWAT units across the country, all of which have more germane résumé than what’s-her-face. This shooter was not that smart, but got in one really good shot. Someone who studies such things wouldn’t make that same mistake; and Trump has just used up one extra life.

Burn the SS to the ground and start over with serious people in it and running it.
“Serious” people have been to death’s doorway and have managed to not pass thru it.

There’s even more to add. Or, admonish is a more appropriate term; the building that the shooter was on had a really clear view of the podium. To think of such a site as, “out of the zone” of defense or whatever they characterize it as is pure hogwash. The same shooter with a serious target rifle would have had a really, really good shot at completing his task. We know that many moneyed agents of countries that hate us out there already in our country from all over the world thanks to Joe would be happy to supply such a weapon. I think one of the Trump children/insiders needs to be the one to choose venues more carefully, assuming the worst from the SS as now constituted. Perfect sites or none. I think the Taliban have already demonstrated that they have sharpshooters capable of making very long range head shots.

Somebody needs to design & build a campaign platform on a 60 foot low-boy trailer that can have adequate protective walls of bulletproof materials that a candidate can speak from with minimal exposure. Easiest of all a central bulletproof booth that the speaker can be in with minimal distortion to the crowd.

The walls of the open side could swing wide and provide two 25 foot long side panels / protection that could be used to shield as much sideways on either side as useful. It can have a rear wall that slides out to provide a few rows of benches for dignitaries/guest audience seating. This is much the same as ordinary RVs that expand on-site and slide in for highway passage. If they want the sides or rear walls to be transparent they can be layered Lexan the bulletproof polycarbonate that protects in banks & 7-11s. If not transparent sight-line shielding is desired, then there are lots of fireproof & bulletproof materials. There is no reason it can’t have both features. The whole unit should have a complete fire suppression system and the roof can house as much defensive firepower as a Navy gunship including a control room with agents watching 360° close-by & far perimeter and also watching monitors on drones circling the zone at ~500 feet with motion sensing/infrared cameras to penetrate tree canopies. They can be programmed to instantly zoom on specific features that should never have intruders, LIKE ROOTOPS. This is not new technology, and I bet they are a lot more sophisticated than I know about.

I haven’t heard definitively, but it appears that the whole group of security people of all the different forces was not on the same communication channel so those (police?) on the ground who were alerted by the crowd of a guy on the roof could not have directed the attention of everyone in the whole force to instantly know that a guy was on a roof. The SS sharpshooter could have been pointing his 50 cal at the guy before he raised his rife. In the age of instant communications… the govt of Joe Biden failed, miserably.

Planning; who plans the defense of a site without securing the business immediately next to the speaker’s platform, or the 8 buildings of that business or the rooftops of that complex? How many people must work in 8 buildings? Mere common sense would have an armed officer in each building before & during the visit to insure no interlopers or disgruntled employees showed the wrong kind of inclinations. Especially on the roof, too, a great site for a SS Sharpshooter.

One of the problems with real freedom is it allows screwballs to be free, too. It looks right now like the outcast, bullied shooter was only good at one thing; marksmanship, and he decided to “show them all” his superiority. (I speculate, of course.) I suspect his phone is secure because he was mentored, -or worse, by someone.

So, the bitch running Secret Service couldn’t make it to the press conference on the shooting, and couldn’t find some low level flunky to stand in and pretend concern, and now we understand that she has plans to have 30% female agents by 2030. Did you see the fat shrimps covering the pretty tall Donald? Nobody could shoot him in the legs while getting that kind of body coverage. Women are not as big and strong as men and anyone who thinks that men & women are interchangeable are stupid. There are no better words.

Back in the old days there were size standards for cops. I know because I’m under the old 5’8” lowest limit and at the time I didn’t question it because size matters when dealing with hard cases. They have done away with that standard, along with weight standards so the slur, “fat pigs” has some real meaning now. They are not just accepting, but need to shop around for prospective students that don’t quite measure up to intellectual standards in the formerly uppity universities to satisfy stupid DEI goals. The natural extension CRT is pushing students who are not prepared to achieve at higher levels into schools that hide their not quite achieving by lowering grading standards. They are too close to the trees to see the forest. The same people who are embracing this kind of anti-superior attitude that seeks to level the playing field by excluding the best players so the clumsy players can play. Do we want to leave our children a 2nd rate population? Do these same people seek out 2nd rate restaurants, medical care, homes, clothes, gas, and schools for their children, etc.? Do we really want a 2nd rate leader for the Secret Service? News media? Cars that run badly in deep cold weather?

Make a list of 2nd rate stuff you want for yourself…

We need to condemn the people who refuse to have standards. Much of the il cognoscenti of America and the West in general have caved in to demands by weak minded proponents of standing for nothing in particular, -or worse, standing for whatever is in vogue at the moment. We need to shun those that shun the western standards of right & wrong, good & bad, individual freedom, limited government, self-responsibility & self-respect, good citizenship, respect for the law and other people; we hold those values that are espoused by most religions of the world at the same time we demand no one must be religious. We in the west have adopted by best thinking from across the world, -taken it as our own because it was/is better to build a whole civilization upon worthy of enduring.

People without standards have nothing with which to measure that which is good for them and society versus that which is not. In the end, we can live together in societies that are civilized only because we have standards. No standards; no civilization.

OK kiddies, we all suspected this but didn’t have confirmation until now. The shooter made a very good shot and Trump just incidentally and luckily turned his head at the moment the shot was made foiling the plot. The decision to not allow the SS shot until the shooter made his is tantamount to attempted murder of a political rival. If that had been Joe at the podium, the order of the day would have been to shoot on sight anyone violating the exclusion zone.

The shooter got 7 shots off before the SS responded; 3 other people were hit and that’s why only standing orders are useful as a Standard Operating Procedure. Navy ships at sea always have defensive missiles on automatic launch if a missile is detected inbound for the very same reason: the horizon is only 26 miles away; that’s 57 seconds at 1500 miles per hour inbound. Your defensive missile needs launch, find, lock on, and explode far enough out, but close enough to the incoming to deflect its course enough to miss your ship. There is no time to talk about and press a button; it has to be shot down before it gets too near the ship to make a difference. You also need to assume that it’s not the only missile inbound.

Giving the shooter time to get set and make 7 shots is criminal dereliction of duty and needs to be put before a jury for adjudication. Three wounded and one killed; that’s 4 of 7 shots hit targets, and only because a sharpshooter on duty & on target was told to hold his fire. There will be at least 3 lawsuits against the gov, all of which will be successful. There needs to be a trial for murder, too.

Where is officier Willis now? Will he be able to keep his job? More importantly, will he be safe (from the Deep State government)?

Where the red-haired local man who was interviewed by none other than BBC and said that he had pointed at the shooter on the roof to the cops (and was ignored)? Will he be safe?

Well I’m definitely in my waning years and I don’t think there will be any significant changes in my lifetime but that doesn’t mean I don’t want my children and my grandchildren to stop fighting to set things right in this country. You can’t leave “hope and change” to the commies or our warped educational system, you need some input from ordinary patriotic oldies. JMO

There is video on Fox TV now showing people watching a guy climb up on the roof and then a cop following him and coming back down, and the people wondering why no action is being taken; then shots & general commotion.

I think Willis will be left alone because he will give testimony in Congress. When Trump wins he may be promoted. God knows we need Site Commanders with balls.

None of that matters if you don’t put God first in everything. Pinning ones hopes on one man to save them all is fools gold and a recipe for disappointment. While in my heart I would like America to return to its glory days, I am just a realist and don’t see that ever happening. I will gladly eat crow if I am wrong, but there are too many moving parts going the way of the Dodo bird for me to believe it can be fixed.

No one can explain how a 20 year old can get by MULTIPLE checkpoints with a RIFLE without the SS knowing ? Lucky or part of the plan ? Several WH sources claim when the shooter fired his FIRST shot the SS sniper fired and hit him between the eyes , so how did the kids get 7 shots off then ? If this looks like BS and smells like BS , then …

The building was not inside the zone. He passed thru no checkpoints. The target-rich rooftop was not part of zone, and neither was the 7 other buildings in AGR’s complex. If there were two shooters and this one only got one shot off, then the bullets will have different markings. There will be lots of cell camera video with sound so they can put together a clear time-line of shots fired. The sound signature of a 50 cal is night & day different than the AR15. There are 3 more bullets out there, probably in the dirt.

The SS bitch’s explanation for why there was no agent on the roof of the building that had the best, clear shot of Trump demonstrates that she had less than perfunctory knowledge of the situation: she says the pitched roof was not safe for an agent; these are the people who step in front of bullets. They run alongside motorcades so as to be right there if bullets fly or explosives are thrown at the armored cars; when they hear gunshots and explosions, they run to where that is. But they can’t walk on a roof unless it’s dead flat. I guess the two guys with the 50 cal rifles on the pitched roof in back of Trump didn’t get the memo. Or maybe they own a pair of gym shoes and left their high heels in their overnight bags.

This demonstrates that the woman in-charge didn’t even watch the video with the 50 cal on the roof behind Trump that we have all seen umpteen times, and neither did her assistant who is bringing her coffee & information from the world outside her cabana. She needs to be as publically fired as possible. She needs to find out she is fired by answering phone calls asking if she would comment on the NY Times headline announcing her firing. She needs to be treated like the second rate clerk she is.
