Fascism is rooted in the exact same set of assumptions about people, society and government as other Leftist ideologies and you will not find the principals on which this nation was founded anywhere within the spectrum from fascism through socialism to communism.
The Left hated fascists because fascism is the least sold out version of those beliefs though, and on account of the neopagan BS of the Nazis were able to deflect the violence, thuggery and brutality onto just fascists as if it were not their own kind who lit the fuse for WW1, murdered their way to power in Russia, China and elsewhere … and will do HERE if they think they are able.
Fascism is bad enough to despise because of what it SHARES with socialism etc.

Again, they held the same basic world view as other leftist on such things as the primacy of the government. You may call them right wing because they’re to the right of those who concocted the definitions, but classic American Liberalism (which modern so-called “liberals” are utterly opposed to) appears no where in the arc from fascist to communists.

The fascists of the 1930s and 40s wanted a government that force morals and social standards from the top down the modern day far left are trying to do the exact same thing and both also happen to be socialists

Again, it is the underlying assumptions that really matter. NOT how the Left has defined things. The political Left is historically self serving, dishonest and unreliable with their rhetoric and definitions.
Even the early so-called “progressives” in America who wanted to haul us away from the genius of our founding were suspect and if it had been an option I’d gladly have exchanged those Americans who wanted a system more French (with general power and administrative laws) for the minority of French who wanted a more American system and have been done with the lot of them. They were a political cancer. Those that followed them have only gotten worse, indeed getting worse is the only thing progressive about them.
People who do NOT share a common set of views about people, society and the primacy of the State are not ideologically in the midst of those that do … Classic American Liberals are NOT a moderate point between facsism, socoalis, and communism. Fascism is simply the least soldout form of the turd storm that is the whole Left.

Exactly!! Fascism was “forced” nationalism imposed on citizens throughout Europe and it was founded by Italy’s Benito Mussolini in 1919 and spread to other Euro countries. Today’s Democrat Party want’s to impose “forced” ideology and their authoritarian “ism” of choice is Socialism. 
No matter what the “ism” it’s the absolute opposite of the Liberty and Freedom of the United States of America.
