Also I think it is important for people to be honest and not make up lies false equivalence or straw man arguments and except when they have been proven wrong or that an argument has reached its sell-by date and nobody can win if it carries on

Yeah for the most I agree, but there is a history between us that you are not aware of! They have a history of ganging up on people when their queen is under attack then starts to play the victim, This all started because they decided that Magog needed defending under false pretenses when all I was doing was speaking the truth and from there it just devolved into a heated exchange when predictable people show up to the party and canāt mind their own business. I apologise for the language but there is bad blood between us because at one time we used to be friends until someone (Jen) decided to reveal and publish private e-mails with the others in the RH. These people are not what they appear to be and when they have it in for someone they will go after them, by getting moderators involved with the intention of trying to get people kicked off forums as you can see here like crying to mommy, and much of what you probably read earlier too. So again I apologise for the bad language, but these people are all about themselves and protecting their little clique at the āRabbit Hole.ā They have a history of this behaviour from a previous forum called Forex Factory in which they were kicked out of (myself included) due to Magog and the same behaviour he practices here! One is an enabler, another a compulsive liar and the other is always a victim makes for the perfect tag team! Any way I try to avoid them and itās only when they respond to me that I get defensive due to knowing who they are and their motives!
Patriot respect is something at is earned. You have earned that respect by being generally very fair and evenhanded even when some of us disagreed with you.
There is a problem however when some on the moderator staff use that position to attempt to bully people and deride them personally.
You canāt have moderation without neutrality otherwise you just end up with bullies with badges using their authority for personal reasons.
Yes some of us did ask for some level of moderation here, that doesnāt make us bad people.
That doesnāt necessarily require a purge of people but when the moderators tell us they are going to put an end to the endless thread derailments and turning every subject discussed into an anti ā ā ā conspiracy rant and we report them and nothing is done to even curb it and are then demonized by one of the moderators for doing so there is a problem.
There have been a long string of baseless personal attacks in this very thread and nothing is said to even curb them.
Right now itās starting to sound a whole lot like thereās a specific hit list thatās already been made up and once those individuals are purged free speech will return and that sounds rather problematic.
Is this new āculture of the siteā to mean one can say anything no matter how untrue or outrageous and without support without being challenged?

For those of us who have been a part of this community for a longer than a few months, we used to cast a vote as a community to vote someone off the island. Weāve been doing it for a very long time. Well before you and the Hannity crew somehow found your way to our space, and were graciously welcomed.
If you paid attention to the responses to the vote, which were not required, you would see a fairly robust discussion on why you all should be permitted to stayā¦despite how terrible your group has been to us.
We would take these votes back when we would self-administer and apparently we need to suspend that so the rest of you can get on our level.
