The president did not withhold aid past the legally set time limit. He did his due diligence that the taxpayer’s money would be applied to it’s intended purpose rather than go to some crooked oligarch – probably to include a kickback to the Democratic party. Somebody in the “Government Accountability Office” needs to lose her job immediately.

They would have zero chance of making the case in court that the delay was illegal particularly since it was approved before the end of the fiscal year.
Documents and witnesses don’t support that. And, have you seen the GOA’s statement? You guys keep hanging on legality. As Lindsey Graham told us in 1999 during the Clinton impeachment, a crime doesn’t have to be committed, an abuse of power is the standard.
