I only care about culture, yes blacks can assimilate to western culture, but very few. I’d offer. A option assimilate or get deported.
Those that are willing to assimilate must get a tattoo on there fore head, and promise to tattoo their kins forehead also.
Possibly you can make a case for “very few” young American blacks assimilating to traditional American culture.
But this is simply untrue of middle-aged and older black people.

You mean “The Great Society” conceived and Imposed by LBJ? I would say it was an abysmal failure on every level one can think of! Once you remove the meritocracy of a society, its doomed to bring down a nation much of what we are seeing now!
