I think he just meant dead insignificant children.
A civil war can be triggered very easily by fake shootings somewhere strategically located.
I don’t know if Virginia is the place, but the State has a lot of history and close enough to DC, so it can be it.
It seems this maybe ground zero and a litmus test to see how Americans are going to react to gun confiscation.
