I think parents can handle teaching their children about safe and appropriate touching. The self touching being tagged onto a safety lesson is just about perversion, IMO.

The libs on another forum argue (the below posted) is fine. No issues with it. Because women in NYC and Main have had the freedom and you see no one walking around topless. And beside, what parent would really allow their daughter to do so.
The cognitive dissonance is truly amazing. Women do not equal children. Children are vulnerable and need to be protected, not exploited.

If boys can walk around shirtless, as long as a girl looks indistinguishable from a boy, then they should be allowed, subject to Parental judgment, to also walk around shirtless.
But the culture should not be made coarser or more common or uglier or more dangerous .
It is too bad that Liberals generally lack the judgment to decide these things.
The law overrules parental judgment. What can you do as a parent if you prohibit your daughter but the law is on her side?

- Emphasize the need to raise children away from the negative influence of parents. Attribute prejudices, mental blocks and retarding of children to suppressive influence of parents.
