Brexit: 20 Tory rebels inflict no-deal defeat on government
Labour says a no-deal exit must be ruled out after 20 Tory rebels defy government in Commons vote.
And to thinkā¦ you Brits probably pay taxes. And yet ā¦ yetā¦ you seem to have no representation.
Ya knowā¦ there is this great essay I read one time that at least shows empathy and solidarity with your situation. Maybe you can find it by Googling it. It starts out withā¦āWhen in the course of human eventsā¦ā
Does that remind you of our esteemed representatives that ignore what the people want??
Ummmā¦ my thoughts were more along the situation that gave rise to the line āwhen in the course of human eventsā¦ā
Fascinating seeing this through British eyes.
This is being built up like Y2K crossed with Trump Derangement Syndrome.
Not surprising that the evil Globalist playbook is the same everywhere.
May God bless you Britain, and any others that rebel against the Globalists.
Not only is alarming (and scaring) the public a tactic of the British government, it is a tactic of governments in general and certainly a tactic of the pressā¦worldwide.
How many times a day do we see headliners that include:
HUGE!
BLOCKBUSTER!
BOMBSHELL!
ALARMING!
ā¦and the like?
These are āread meā triggers designed to hype the scare factor by characterizing a failure to read and be fearful as welcoming ignorance of impending doom.
More often than not, the story presented is old news or fake news.
So they are going to debate whether or not to uphold a democratic vote.
You recently signed the petition āLeave the EU without a deal in March 2019.ā:
https://petition.parliament.uk/petitions/229963
The Petitions Committee (the group of MPs who oversee the petitions system) met today and agreed to schedule a debate on Monday 14 January 2019 on the following group of petitions expressing different views on leaving the European Union:
Leave the EU without a deal in March 2019. https://petition.parliament.uk/petitions/229963
Leave the EU now https://petition.parliament.uk/petitions/221747
Walk away now! We voted for a No Deal Brexit https://petition.parliament.uk/petitions/235185
Grant a Peopleās Vote if Parliament rejects the EU Withdrawal Agreement https://petition.parliament.uk/petitions/232984
To have a second referendum on Britain leaving the EU https://petition.parliament.uk/petitions/231461
STOP BREXIT https://petition.parliament.uk/petitions/226509
Stop Brexit if parliament rejects the deal https://petition.parliament.uk/petitions/236261
The Committee has decided to have a single debate on these petitions because it wanted to ensure they were debated as soon as possible, so they would be less likely to be overtaken by events. The Committee has included some smaller petitions because they are very similar to those with 100,000 signatures.
The debate will start at 4.30pm. You can watch it at http://www.parliamentlive.tv/Commons. A transcript will be published the following day at https://hansard.parliament.uk
You can follow the Petitions Committee on Twitter @HoCpetitions

Hi Jen trust you had a nice time playing in the snow
So they are going to debate whether or not to uphold a democratic vote.
Surely you are not surprised by that, itās in the playbook
Labour says a no-deal exit must be ruled out after 20 Tory rebels defy government in Commons vote.
That only relates to a limit in the scope for tax changes following a no deal, it canāt stop a no deal scenario
Yeah I get that but they are throwing all they can at overturning Brexit and āit over 'till the fat lady singsā as they say.
Thanks to Gina Miller, Brexit happens regardless
May has ruled out revoking article 50 butā¦
Yep, great in the snow! Certain types canāt cope with the fresh mountain air and cold!
I donāt get it. Article 50 says we are leaving in March and that is not dependent on a deal or whatever. That is written in law. If they want to overturn the law they will need an act of Parliament. So come March, how can we not leave?
I agree that the anti democratic MPs and elite will continue to try everything in their power to stop Brexit
Well all that depends on good old uturn Mayā¦
I just donāt see it getting over the line in a pure form, I sincerely hope I can come back here some day and say I got that wrong, we have to wait and see, Iām just a deeply sceptical bastard of these shitheads and just know they always have the power to pull something out of the hat.
Anna Soubry thinks she got heckled because sheās a woman! What a deluded old witch! So the left donāt like being called ānaziā then? Guess itās fine for them to dish it.
The daft gin soaked bint is clueless about what she is doing to democracy and the will of 17.4 m people
