Boston-area judge charged with helping undocumented immigrant escape courthouse to elude ICE

He’s not supposed to be in the county lol hello did you miss that part??

We don’t know the full story. The judge granted bail and the defendant was free to leave. Are you struggling to understand this concept? Being here in an undocumented status does not mean that individual is to be detained indefinitely. We still value freedom, don’t we?

So why did he go out the back door?

Careful. There are obviously some here that don’t know what actual justice looks like.

Brave. Such a beacon of hope for human rights!!

They usually are. It’s not a big deal either until it happens to them. Play stupid games, win stupid prizes.

Wow, Obama politicized the DOJ, the FBI and the IRS and you said absolutely nothing.

One easily could label you a major hypocrite.

And you aren’t particularly bright. Barr is as far from corrupt as it gets and democrats loved him right up until he proved he would not abet a conspiracy to remove the POTUS.

The Judge and bailiff charged were charged with obstruction for actively aiding, abetting, and sheltering the illegal from arrest by ICE.

Aiding and abetting illegals is a federal crime and they knew it when they acted to shield him from arrest.

Another lie. They are on record trying to figure out how to help the man escape from Ice and then ushered him out through the judges private entry to the courtroom to avoid his being arrested.

He didn’t just politicize them he weaponized them for partisan purposes, a clear violation of the law.

Why would a Judge set bail for someone that is a flight risk? That is unheard of.

So they can easily hit the road and disappear again.

What part of “illegal alien” do you not understand?

We value freedom within the limits of the laws. If a person is in this country ILLEGALLY, they should be incarcerated or deported. They should not be granted freedom to move around at will…especially with the aid of a judge sworn to uphold the law.

Did you guys see her picture? I wonder if this is the face she makes when she is getting culturally enriched by her pet illegals.

One of the things that goes into the calculation for bail recommendations is how likely the suspect is to flee. The higher the risk the higher the bail.

In this case however it doesn’t appear the judge had any desire to keep him from fleeing, quite the opposite, she was hellbent on helping him escape.

Well that’s a lie. The suspect is supposed to remain in custody while bail is actually paid and then it also takes time to process them out of whatever facility they are being held in.

This story was buried on page 8 in my Pgh PG.

I am delighted to see justice served. This illegal thug was a repeat offender and a very bad actor that NEVER should have been cut any slack by a back door getaway.

Judges are not above the law.
