It was a technical ruling a clarification. Doesn’t mean Bostock proves discrimination. Employer says he was fired for something else—did they rule on that?

Old statutes do need reinterpretation from time to time to be compatible with contemporary times…

The dissenting opinions will be shown to be true in future rulings and this one is merely technical.
Anyone can use discrimination in a case of protesting being fired. That’s inherently unsound.

Yes, yes they were. And Gorsuch hasn’t failed in that regard. But he certainly didn’t vote with Trump today as he had so many times previously…

Perhaps they should have sent it back to congress to write legislation if it’s so important but instead they chose to circumvent the constitution.

We’re ruled by a chattering clique of shrill, hysterical, neurotic, paranoid, solipsistic, feminized urbanite shrews with massive media platforms and unearned control over the hearts and minds of a population they despise.
Gorsuch is a traitor and any conservative that supports him is also a traitor. Gorsuch’s job is to interpret the law as written. Not interpret it based on his weak feelings and emotions.
