Trump is not the symptom. Trump is a result of the polarization. Why was Trump elected? The left needs to take a good hard look in the mirror for the circumstances they created that led to Trump becoming President.
Now, the left is doubling down and the result is going to more division.
Exactly. I agree that Trump was a symptom and not the cause. There were other candidates that I would have rather seen get the nomination, but I think the people were/are so fed up with DC and business as usual, that Trump came at the perfect moment in time. If not for CV19, I think we have 4 more years of Trump. The rest of that is another topic.
I won’t totally disagree with that, but you can’t let the Right off the hook either. Trump was/is a non politician. The country… a whole lot of people were/are fed up with politicians and their greed/power game at the expense of We The People. Trump was the answer for that at the right time.
We will now go back what the people rallied against in 2016. How soon we forget…lol.
haha Reality is not part of your reality but that’s the way the red neck retrumpliCONS
roll…when the news gets finished with the videos of your attack on our government
there will be only a handful of people that will pay any attention to you… your republicans
will not stand for this moo matter what you think…
donnie was domed to go down and be thrown to the dogs where he belongs…he’s a fukin Russian agent… and that will be proved for all to see…wait to see the mass exodus from all you crazies…mark my words
I have to take him at his word. I saw Obama lecture us for years and sneak in executive orders to do what he could. He didn’t have the votes but make no mistake, if the left has the votes to pass more gun control, they will pass it. You watch the incrementalism in the next few years. They’ll start with ammo because it’s scarce already.
Come on… the Right plays the same political games that the Left does. They did their best to shut down DC for 8 years with Obama/Biden. It didn’t work as well as I would have liked, but that’s because I didn’t support that administration. That doesn’t mean that the Right was pure and innocent of any wrong doing during those 8 years.
I firmly support Republican/Conservative values… that doesn’t mean I’m blind to my own party’s political charades. I despise politicians on both sides of the isle. I think they are the lowest form of life on Earth. Unfortunately, I have go with the party that best reflects my own value system… no matter how much I think they suck.
Now I wouldn’t doubt attempts at such if the radical left of the party ever got ahold of the presidency. But Biden’s old school. Yeah, he’d support minimal proposals at regulation, but not anything else. Things that could get a few republicans to go along with.
I suppose you might be right. Maybe I’m just hoping that isn’t the case. I would agree that if Biden succumbs to the radical Progressive movement, they WILL come for our guns.
