The point of climbing up the ladder is to earn more. So long as the differences between each tax bracket aren’t large enough to outstrip the money taken home after applying the tax.

I know. I have liked several of his posts. I don’t consider him thin-skinned.
Some people will hold a different connotation of Cali-girl, but I know of no popular connotation implying prostitution. In the days of Timothy Leary and through the Woodstock era, they gave it away.
