Had I been standing there as this happened, I may have tried to push the officer backward and risk my own arrest. The officer was clearly overdoing the restraint of a handcuffed man laying on his stomach with three other policeman holding him downâŚbegging for some relief.
I hope the officer is convicted and gets the maximum sentence with no possibility of parole.

Iâm speaking of a case against the father/son team in the truck, not of a case against the one filming. My only complaint is that he didnât keep the camera pointed at the action throughout.

A grand jury indicted both McMichaels and Bryan on charges of malice murder, felony murder, aggravated assault, false imprisonment and criminal attempt to commit false imprisonment.
