You seem impervious to the truth, do you know the difference between feelings and the truth? There is no systemic racism or excessive police brutality against blacks, and feeling like there is doesn’t make it so. Appeasing those false feelings only validates them and makes it impossible to correct, so appeasement will only make it worse.
Standing up and saying it isn’t so gets a violent reaction, but it needs to be done. We’ve seen what appeasement got us, even worse than standing up and saying no.
