Weird situation, starts with some random Twerking, Kamala then appears and is talking 100 miles an hour while at various points she is rubbing her nose and at one point she appears to do something like Rapping sentences.
Has she been smoking some of Hunter’s Crack Pipe or just sniffing some of the Colombian Marching Powder 
Maybe she got the rest of Hunter Biden’s crack stash?
