COVID has been great to show everyone the true colors of a large number of “educators” across the country. For example, in Portland recently a vast majority of the Antifa rioters that have been arrested are “teachers” from all across the country who on the one hand are complaining that it’s unsafe for them to return to work because COVID makes it too dangerous for them…and who on the other hand are gathering in large groups to loot, riot, burn, and attack police. The entire teaching profession needs to be overhauled from the ground up.
Not just the elementary education but colleges and universities are in their hands.

Yep and the first step should be abolish the DOE and the 2nd step is to get rid of teachers unions both should do the trick!

The first step actually is addressing the curriculum and the publishers who are contracted to supply the textbooks and materials. (McPherson comes to mind) The globalists like Jeb Bush who was previously pushing for common core was a major bullet that was dodged! Universities are already under investigation for various violations of non reporting of income, corruption, admissions scandals etc. so progress is being made, but not letting the foot off the gas pedal is ever so important now! A lot more needs to be done as you pointed out, but it’s getting attention and will get more if parents start getting involved. Teachers that are charged and convicted of crimes, and are involved with nefarious activities such as ANTIFA should lose their jobs permanently! No exceptions! New standards have to be established for the teaching profession as this issue is too important to ignore any longer!
Along with the teacher union yes. The teachers complain about wage when in fact it’s the union that’s keeping them down. Everyone gets pay the same, and the difference goes to the union.
They traded their immunity from being fired from incompetency for the ability to negotiate their wage, and it also costs the union due… Talking about the blind leading the blind.
