Who would win a 2nd Civil War in America?
In a nutshell, that would depend initially on whose side the National Guard takes, doesn’t it?

That and a whole lot of other contingencies.
Not really since the whole of US forces including The Guard would be outnumbered and completely overwhelmed.
The Guards just like the regulars and reserves would be fractured instantly and lose 30-50% of their manpower.
Even if, and it’s highly unlikely, it became a war between the states with states seceding the states would take control of the guard and reserve bases and armories in their states.
Yeesh there will not be a civil war. The military could squelch such a thing in hours, and even if the urbanites decided to eradicate the horrible people of ‘flyover country’ they might kill a few hapless suburban moms, then the guns would come out and the killing would take on a distinctly different direction.
Every insurgency we’ve ever attempted to crush proves otherwise.
The US military and LEO’s that remained after their breakup would be outnumbered by a thousand to one by dedicated people willing to fight for their rights.
The nest civil war won’t be fought between states, it will be fought between next door neighbors, neighborhoods, and neighboring towns/cities.
The age of lining armies up face to face and slugging it out in civil wars is long past.
