Minorities are picked ahead of better qualified whites because of AA and quotas , government contract are awarded to minority businesses even when their bid is too HIGH . Colleges are mandated to choose less qualified minorities over whites because of PRIVILEGE .

In the race to connect the railroads east to west, the imported Chinese Coolies beat the imported Irish to the Golden Spike. So who built the US, Whites or immigrants of all races? In the South, who owned the plantations, Whites. But who did the actual work that allowed these Whites to think they actually knew how to work. Face it, without the Blacks, the prosperous White South wouldn’t have existed. Fast forward to the 21st century. Who’s keeping the vaunted Silicon Valley in business, White Americans or Asian immigrants. Who’s staffing our hospitals, Whites or Asians of all varieties? At least here in NJ it’s Asians. Face it, either here or in Europe, what we euphemistically call White people ( actually, 20% of Europeans are part African and 20% have Tatar blood coursing their veins ) are a dying race, if you want to call us that, and it’s time we stop tooting our own horns and wake up to reality. We ain’t that hot and we’re going to get a lot colder if we don’t do something about it besides trashing everyone else.
There’s a difference between scrutiny and generalized denial.

‘White privilege’ is, like ‘critical race theory’ a lazy trope invented to give the emotional response to being viewed differently an external cause. I recall in the early 90’s a friend returning from a trip to Tokyo where he – a White male, was asked politely by a store employee “please don’t steal anything”. He told me he was shocked, but realized that relative to the Japanese, Americans were kleptomaniacs in stores.
The Japanese, have perhaps, ‘Japanese privilege’ because they are scrupulously honest, polite, and cheerful. Non Japanese are viewed with suspicion because they come from what is arguably, an inferior culture of relative disorganization, rabid self -interest, and lack of impulse control.
If you don’t yet see a pattern, I’ll lay it out for you. They say clothes make the pirate, and how someone dresses, how they speak, and most importantly, how they act determine how people view them. A middle -aged Black man in slacks and a polo shirt will not arouse suspicion, a ‘crew’ of Black teens in hood attire, speaking in ebonics, and constantly looking for security cameras/staff – will. Likewise, a White teen in a hoodie, or loose jacket, ‘droopin’ pants will also get the radar treatment.
How often does the middle - aged Black man steal? Very rarely, on par with middle aged men of other races. Who is the demographic that is arrested most often for shoplifting- young (teen -thirties) males. Who is statistically the most violent? Who commits the most murders per capita – you already know the answer.
Is it fair that roughly 1% of the nation’s people, color the perceptions of another 12%? In a perfect world, no; in the real world, yes.
Black people by and large have entered the middle class, as well as the upper middle and upper class. There is however, a persistent 27% of Blacks who live in poverty*. These are mostly in urban (Democrat controlled) centers where too many have been indoctrinated in a narrative of a hostile and race based external locus of control. That narrative calls for ‘defenders’ – those who will speak out or more, to defend the community. What that narrative produces is rebellion against any and all forms of authority- the police primarily, but also teachers, business owners, anyone White, and any ‘sellouts’ who worked hard and joined mainstream culture. This is the path to failure; one cannot learn to be an effective adult when all around you are the opposite, and where you are discouraged from listening to those who are.
When does this rebelliousness kick in? Around seventh grade, in time with every teen. The qualities of adulthood that teens in other groups are taught are absent because father figures are absent, adult male role models are almost universally unfit to, and uninterested in, conveying the necessary guidance. That vacuum, especially for males, is filled by rappers’ violent and misogynistic lyrics, athletes, and local hoodrats who failed for the same reasons.
This may sound racist to some (everything sounds racist to a few) yet here is the dilemma: a White teen of divorced parents will likely see male role modeling in his/her friends’ fathers – a similar Black teen will likely not, as 39%** overall, and likely double that percentage in ‘hoods’ are single parent families. Those Black families where parents stick together and work together, usually escape the ’hood’, and move into the middle and upper classes.
So back to the main point – non-Blacks have an inkling of all of this, but it is confirmed by behaviors on TV, on Youtube videos, by their own college experiences, by their school experiences if they go to a majority Black school. The result is that they view Black people with more suspicion than White people, tread very lightly around Black people at work to steer clear of trouble, and endure behavior from Blacks they would never endure from Whites. That is the ‘White privilege’ of SJW lore.

Yeah, let’s ignore 98% of the achievements in the United States and western world and give credit to Asians and Africans. Hell, I would have thought you would have included Mexicans because how many lawns would get shaggy without them?
