Some confuse metaphor, with literalism and some confuse, myth with real history.
Those who seek out doubts, can find them and those who seek with faith can have their own awakenings and proof.

I do appreciate your feedback. You are asking people to believe without a scintilla of evidence to substantiate your religious agenda. During the Gulf War between Iraq and Iran in the 80`s, the grunt soldiers for the Iranian government were told to have faith in a Banzai charge in that god would protect them from bullets and no harm would happen. Like WW 2 thousands of the common soldier were slaughtered. I have faith in evidence, documents and demonstrable tangible objects.

Here is the thing about this…certain kinds of people…will only believe if they have a gigantic revelation, a profound visionary experience—where they see it for themselves and from there no longer have doubt.
Moses saw a " burning bush" and God talked to him, after fasting in seclusion on Sinai. A cynic would say he was psychotic. Psychotics are not the same as people with real visionary awakenings who are great sages.
Real visionary experience coming from intense, meditation. prayer and fasting, like Moses, Buddha or Jesus and some others, is REAL. Mentally ill people do not have the kind of power of meditation and prayer as real sages.
Actual proof is hard to come by and those that REQUIRE it to believe, are not greater than people with simple, pure faith.
In Buddhism, there is the term," Icchantika". defined as “a person of incorrigible disbelief.”. There is also a distinction between people of the “Two Vehicles,”— “Learning and Self Realization,”. I can see the same meanings from within the various teaching of Jesus.
In Sanskrit the Two Vehicles are called " Shravaka and Pratyekabuddha.". This essentially refers to more intellectual type of people, as opposed to less intellectual people. These people of the two vehicles, can be more arrogant, self-satisfied people and tend to see themselves as better than more simple, less educated or blind faith kinds of people and look down on and be more judgmental on people who seem to have blind faith. What they don’t realize, is that people of strong faith can have a different kind of long term intelligence and states of non-retrogression, where they do not backslide. This is because of karma (causes and effects) beyond the understanding of the usual mundane mind. Gautama Buddha scolded his arrogant intellectual disciples, who thought their attainments were great.
“Evidence,” takes practice and that leads to faith and true understanding. Evidence and proof does not come from usual logic and thinking.
Even penetrating into historical question, is possible, like a true seer.

It is disrespectful if you are misrepresenting the interpretations and turning them into perverse ones with your ridicule such as what you did in your opening salvo in your OP.
Straight out of the book. Jesus becomes the violent second coming. But the Gospels are a problem too. The Jesus who taught “Love your enemies” (Matthew 5.44) is the Jesus who heaped vitriol on the scribes and Pharisees: “You snakes, you brood of vipers! How can you escape being sentenced to hell?” Jesus also states hate your father, mother, brother,sister to follow me (paraphrase) How can you justify all of the violence in Revelations?
