Pre 1990 poor American neighborhoods below or at the poverty line had a certain culture, hard work, dirty jobs, a very American way of life.
Now “mostly” whites have left that culture behind, not because of getting out of poverty, but have adapted to a black gangster life style, they love rappers like Tupac, and left behind idols like Elvis who made it out of poverty through hard work.
I think there are many reasons this culture has disappeared In urban arenas.
What do you all think? What happen to this respectable culture?
Drugs?
Over regulations?
Let’s say you.
Regulations destroyed the jobs, which destroyed the cornerstone of the western family, which lead to drugs and alcohol abuse.

We must highlight the amazing American culture in the poor communities, deregulate! Allow them to work again.
We need a huge movement! These communities have been destroyed
It starts with the president, oversight of urban communities need to come from the top.
