Mandatory retirement should be NOT BEING REELECTED!!! Same for term limits. When are voters held accontable for their votes.

I never vote for an incumbant, (after a second term) even if I like them. Congress needs to be replenished with new blood… often… two terms only… and that should be a f***ing law!
