As far as pharmaceuticals, it is ridiculous to broad brush this issue. It takes hundreds of millions to bring just one drug to market.with a limited patent life. Perhaps drug costs would be lowered by extending the patent life. You know, amortization?

On the far left side of the line are the 100% Government ideologies and on the far right are the 0% Government ideologies.
The old definitions of right and left seem to change every couple of generations.
If your scale is zero to 100 with 0 being on the far right from a Libertarian point of view that is correct.
When I was young, Right and Left were Communism Left, Free Democracies right.
In the 90âs it largely became conservative to the right and socialist to the left.
The language doesnât mean much anymore because people change it to suit themselves from one day to the next.
