Will national character and history determine the types of war?

I don’t think so, not when they are instigated by bankers and war industries motivated by profit. The exception is having a common foe to rally against

This was a great interview loaded with some really great insights about different nations military’s and their approaches and philosophies to executing war plans. It really comes down to an effective mobilized and efficient fighting force. I think the US military is primed for a rebuild that he mentioned as a lesson from the Vietnam campaign.
