Something wicked that way dines. Is she really a “migrant”?
In November ungrateful Honduran migrant “Lady Frijoles” upset her Mexican caretakers when she complained to reporters about the free beans and tortillas provided to the members of the caravan camping out in Tijuana, Mexico.
“The food that they’re handing out here is terrible. Refried beans? As if they were feeding the pigs. If we don’t eat this, we will die of hunger,” the ungrateful Honduran migrant said.
It was later discovered the woman was hardly a “refugee” and lived a comfortable life in Honduras.
Mirian Celaya, the infamous “Lady Frijoles,” later went missing. Of course, many leftists and illegal migrant supporters thought she was the victim of violence.
Nope.
This weekend Mirian was filmed in Dallas, Texas eating at a local restaurant.
Her sister posted video on Instagram of the two sisters in Dallas.
When everyone wondered where Mirian Celaya is, the Honduran migrant who despised Mexican beans, she was already crossing to the US.
And in the last hours have circulated videos of the Honduran controversy with his sister, celebrating his arrival in the ‘American dream’.
“Here is my sister, for all those who hurt my sister, all those who said she was dead,” says Mirian’s sister in tears.
Well at least now there’s proof she snuck into America illegally so her asylum will be denied. We have to make sure ICE doesn’t let her get away with this. Her name is Miriam Celaya keep reporting her to ICE to let them know you want something done about this.
Unfortunately illegal entry does not make one ineligible for asylum. That is part of the law in serious need of change.
Asylees who enter the country illegally are supposed to immediately present themselves to BP/ICE agents and make their case but apparently there’s nothing in the law as written and interpreted that prevents them from making the claim later, like after dinner 1,500 miles away from where they illegally entered.
Muh… There is nothing wrong with the 14th amendment… just as there is nothing wrong with the commerce clause… Its just the stupid ass ways they have been twisted that is the problem.
To my way of thinking, when the various states signed on to the US Constitution, the 14th was assumed… why would the bill of rights have any meaning at all if the states could just revoke them… or for that matter, trail by jury… It was always implied but the 14th formalized it against the backdrop of ‘States Rights’ that felt it could be a despotic state as long as enough people in the state voted for it…
Jesus - Mary - & Joseph; she really doesn’t look like she’s starving. More like, someone must grease the door jambs so she can squeeze from room to room.
The 14th was needed to establish personhood and citizenship for the freed slaves
(as was its intent) once and for all just like the 13th was needed to codify the “Emancipation Proclamation” which had no real force of law.
Prior to the ratification of the 14th blacks were only considered to be citizens of the states where they were born and could be denied all rights after crossing into another state.
