Western media is starting to accept that Russia taking of the Salt Mines in Soledar is significant.
Take WSJ with a grain of salt as there are some inaccuracies in this writing of its quotes.

There was a news clip from 2014 in which residents of Kramatorsk blockaded the streets to prevent the Kiev military from passing through.
The vast majority of people there (as in the video of the French channel above) are Russian speakers and they have no reason to support the Kiev regime.
Western media grudgingly admit Soledar fell.
Ukrainians, wake up.
This guy and this regime does not represent your interests.
The weapons and money the west sends only causes more Ukrainian deaths (and to a much lesser extent Russian).
Soledar and Bakhamut are not important.
So it’s not a big deal if you lose them.
