We have been in perpetual war since WW2 and congress hasn’t declared any of it as is their constitutional charge, and you know, as you cited it earlier.
Obviously there’s a lot of the constitution that’s in your way.
The Constitution doesn’t require a declaration of war for us to engage in hostilities, it never has.
We committed troops in our first war, the War with the Barbary Pirates of Africa and the ME without a declaration of war.
Can you pleeeaaase tell us when you last won a war - coz I can’t think of one.

WWII was the last time we won any sort of major war. On smaller scales the defeat of The Caliphate, The Defeat of Saddam’s armies twice, Defeat of the Taliban and AQ in Afghanistan, Panama, and Grenada were all victories.
