According to Mark Dice due to NDA and contractual terms, it could be years before Tucker returns with his own show. Fox is paying him the remainder of his contract which is in the millions, which essentially means he can not just go and shoot off with his mouth, or go and create another show while technically abiding by the terms of his contract.
