It’s difficult as my daughter moved to Seattle last year. Miss hr a great deal. If she decides to stay, I’ll buy a condo/townhouse and spend more time there. That’s a serious sacrifice as Seattle like most major cities is a horrible place to be.
p.s. No state income tax and housing is cheap compared to cities. Auto insurance is half of Denver. Our gas is 30-50 cents a gallon cheaper than the city.
