Trump is completely inclusive; it’s just a matter of finding the right person to competently perform the job.
Trump’s biggest challenge to his first administration - finding people that were loyal. I am confident he’s learned that lesson and will have thought long and hard about picking the right key people this time around. he’s had years to make that assessment in mature reflection. His first term was plagued with back stabbing republicans stalling and blocking him.
