If you read Trump’s tweets and listen to him in person he can be an ass. And you know what, I don’t care.
Every CEO is an ass at times it comes with the job. Some people say Trump is not Presidental, when did we assign measures that state what is and what is not Presidental?
It would not bother me in the least if Trump walked around in a pair of Levis and a T-shirt.
Many people concerned with “presidential” likely had little concern about Bill Clinton talking about boxers or briefs.
There is a guy in my neighborhood… fat and old … who wears a black wife beater all the time. I’m glad Trump doesn’t.
I totally agree with you. Trump can be an ass. But he wants the Democrats and the American people (whether you - in general - like him or don’t) to know, we need someone that will stand up for this country. Too many times, other countries have been “bullying” America for too long. And he feels and believes that has to stop. You can’t just be nice to these bullies. That’s like me being nice to folks on the left. (Yeah, like that’s ever going to ever happen. Lol)
China and North Korea has a long history with being the “Bully” to America. As well as Iran. Mexico is just trying to be the follower - instead of setting any examples to the world.
We need to start being the Leader we once were. No, I am not saying we need to start policing the world again. But we need to start putting money where our mouths are. And start letting these countries (whether the care or not), we are NOT going to take it anymore.
Sure, Donald Trump can be earthy and seemingly unpolished at times, but he is certainly no “ass”. He has the interests of the American people as his top priority.
Barack Obama on the other hand, was a disingenuous ass throughout his time in office. He had (and still has) the interests of globalists (and Muslims) as his top priority. He will always be an ass.

Trump wasn’t groomed to be “establishment”. He did not spend his life in politics, he spent it scrapping in the business world.
He is trying to run the government like a business person would rather than like a career politician would.
So for those who only know the language of career government speak, Trump speak can be quite brutal to their refined sensibilities.

Ok, I am not sure if you are just being sarcastic or just making a comment only an imbecile would make. But nonetheless, we maybe the richest country in the world. And we also have the strongest - not meanest - military in the world. But the United States doesn’t appreciate being taken advantage of. We shouldn’t even be an apologetic nation (as Obama wanted us to be). People come here for man reasons - I doubt they would want to be elsewhere. Because of our reputation to the world, we hold a higher standard than the rest of the world. We are enrich with everything possible than anyone would want. Or why else would they come here in the first place?
Unlike Mexico, Canada, Iran and China; we don’t mind importing and exporting our goods. It’s when these countries don’t want to pay their share. I am sure you would mind if someone ripped you off. I am sure you would get upset when someone takes advantage of you.
As I mentioned in previous posts, tariffs are not good. It not only hurts them. It also hurts us, as well. But it is needed when it becomes necessary.
