Mark Finchem is a known conservative running for secretary of state of Arizona and is the one behind this story to being exposed when whistle blower Brian Watson who is a Democrat from Pima County wrote the famous email detailing several instances of voter fraud.

On Thursday, Gregg Phillips and Catherine Engelbrecht of the election integrity organization True The Vote were held in contempt of court because they have refused to divulge a confidential source in a civil case brought by the election software company Konnech in a federal court in Houston.
They are scheduled to be jailed this Monday morning without bond.

about a Chinese operative election software CEO who was arrested recently for storing American election data and with Konnech. The story is connected to defamation lawsuit that Konnech brought against Catherine Englebrecht and Gregg Philips but ultimately failed due to Eugene Yu’s arrest on October 4th. When company lawyers requested for discovery in demanding the source of True the Vote’s obtained information that brought about Yu’s arrest, they simply refused and now are being held in contempt of court, as a result Catherine Englebrecht and Gregg Philips are now facing jail time.
This is a very interesting read here that reveals much more about this story such as a corrupt judge protecting the company that owns the election software.
According to a press release that appeared on October 4th on the “True The Vote” website, Judge Hoyt went so far as to issue a gag order against Phillips and Engelbrecht even discussing the litigation:
True the Vote was sued last month by Konnech to try to silence our organization, including obtaining an ex-parte TRO, conducted in secret so that True the Vote had no opportunity to contest it. This TRO limited True the Vote’s ability to speak on the litigation. Today Konnech CEO Eugene Yu was arrested based on alleged evidence of the very activities he and his organization attempted to suppress. Konnech was assisted by many reporters who unblinkingly accepted their now discredited claims as fact, and simply repeated them.
Now that Eugene Yu has been arrested, why are Gregg Phillips and Catherine Engelbrecht facing jail for telling the truth about Konnech at all?
