Treasury Secretary Scott Bessent stated that Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy had already twice refused to sign a minerals deal with the United States.
“This has to be one of the greatest diplomatic mishaps of all time by President Zelenskyy,”
Zelenskyy had a golden opportunity—twice—to secure Ukraine’s future and work with America’s best interests. Instead, he played politics, embarrassed himself, and walked away from billions. Trump and Vance were right to call him out. Why should U.S. taxpayers keep footing the bill if Ukraine won’t even deal fairly? Leadership means making tough calls, not grandstanding for the cameras. Zelenskyy proved he’s not serious about peace or prosperity—just optics. The era of blank checks is over.
The bias media tried to make our President the bad guy , well that didn’t work !!
