Trump has an actual change of taking a significant portion of the black vote in 2020 due to the improved economic and jobs numbers for blacks.
This is mostly I think an extension of the election equation like CJ reform.
IF he shows any bump in the polls among blacks for 2020 you can bet we’ll see more of the same.
