US pullout from South Korea (not sure whether this is a promise to NK or to China)?
Surface to air missiles to Iran (never been done before, definitely Nobel material)?
Repeal the Magnitsky sanctions and award back damages to Russia?
Award Montenegro to the Ukraine to make up for the loss of the Crimea?
I think it has to be something actually illegal given the broad powers of the Presidency related to foreign affairs.
A few days ago it occurred to me that the real mischief would be if Putin threw his trolls behind the Democrat and then let it slip that he was responsible for their win. This would guarantee the civil war we seem to be heading for. Americans are ripe for it. They just need the match to ignite the fire storm.

Facts: Shit for Brains in Chief and Moscow Mitch are doing observable things in view of the world that don’t make sense if they cared about the country. Someone knows something that is very alarming. Party of Treason is obstructing that someone, like they obstruct everything.
Hunches formed by reasonable sentient beings: The future and safety of anyone and everyone who likes to have the security and protection of laws on their side is teetering. Intelligence assets are all compromised, everyone’s in danger. Weapons and possibly nukes might be in the hands of who knows who. The next election might be akin to the ones they have in Russia.
But those are both things the US President could (I imagine) legally suggest to a foreign power as his future policy.

My guess is that it involves the Saudis (Trump’s "favorite dictator), Iran, and the use of nuclear weapons.
Oh but there is always another side to the story, isn’t there? If people can actually connect the dots then it no longer serves their narrative of impeaching Trump. How stupid do people here have to be to buy into this crap?

Rudy Giuliani just revealed a lot of corruption on the part of then VP Joe Biden, Hunter Biden and others regarding Ukraine and China.
I like Rudy’s style. He doesn’t let interviewers shut him down when he’s making a point. I suppose that’s partly why he is such a great lawyer for President Trump.
On the other hand, Ben Cardin (D-Maryland Senator) presents allegations (against President Trump) as facts and when challenged that there hasn’t been any evidence presented yet, says, “Well, we’ll just have to wait and see.”

This whistleblower saga is going to backfire on the Demwits just as did the Russia Collusion hoax, the Mueller hearings, and the Lewandowski hearings.
Everyone is missing the obvious beneficiaries to this story.
