Sometimes life imitates art especially when talking about Russians and their Nuclear Powered submarines that elicits spy novels to write themselves. In this case a real life Hunt for Red October is now taking place when it was reported a Russian Submarine armed with state of the art nuclear weapons capabilities has suddenly disappeared. Fascinating especially given the fact that while our own defense capabilities is strictly focused on diversity inclusion with transgenderism, and gender fluidity, really leads one to ask the question how they will be able to find this sub which was last seen somewhere in the Arctic circle.
I do admit though that this entire story could be pure propaganda in order to recruit the nonads to elicit the patriotic rah rahs and pom poms for the sole purpose to rouse the voting mass to hate the Russians as the hegemonic adversary that DOD and Hollywood created yesteryear. Of course the usual comotosed clueless America patriots that we know all too common here who couldn’t rub two brain cells together to formulate any original thought if their life depended on it are left in the dark once again to understand what is the bigger play here. I digress with the latter aside, but you get the point!
A top-of-the-line Russian nuclear-powered submarine has gone missing from its harbor in the Arctic along with its rumored “doomsday weapon,” according to multiple reports.
NATO has reportedly warned members that Russia’s Belgorod submarine no longer appeared to be operating out of its White Sea base, where it has been active since July. Officials warned that Russia may plan to test Belgorod’s “Poseidon” weapons system, a drone equipped with a nuclear bomb that Russia has claimed is capable of creating a “radioactive tsunami,” according to Italian media.
The drone can be deployed from the submarine at any time and detonated at a depth of 1 kilometer near a coastal city. Russian state media has claimed the device can create a 1,600-ft. wave that smashes into the coast and irradiates it.
The 600-ft. submarine was delivered to the Russian Navy in July as part of Russian President Vladimir Putin’s top-secret program that aims to develop and operate a series of a new class of “super weapons.”
