No it would be unpleasant but I do think it would sort out the men from the boys, so to speak.
I never saw the film but if this video is a genuine presentation and the langauge about aerosol use for spreading XYZ , which is being used as if it is quite normal practice for these guys, it moves some of the conspiracy theories into the factual category !

Interesting and scary stuff! The film itself is rather a comical dramatic action such as one would expect from a Terry Gilliam film that has intellectual discourse in the story he tells! One of his best films ever made and I highly recommend it!
