So when instead of addressing the content of my posts he calls me Samantha and refers to me as a woman, or accuses me (with absolutely no basis of fact) of believing in a whole range of conspiracies to justify his staunch unsupported belief in 9/11 conspiracies (all of which have been refuted with facts presented by myself and many other members) are not abuse? I have also flagged him for calling other members derogatory names or imputing their intelligence, which you have also let stand. Why he is allowed to get away with that behavior is a mystery, given that one of the reason many of us migrated to this Forum was to get away from trolls.
Rest assured, as long as he continues on his present tact, I will be flagging his posts.

Nothing militarily. The EU was a voluntary submittal to Globalism on your part not an invasion by a hostile country. If after Brexit finally goes through and the EU tries to invade you, give us a call. I’m sure Trump will rescue you.
I can see it as funny if it is given in humor. But Magog is anything but humorous in his abuse. And if you would actually read the context of the conversations, you would be able to see that. You can’t just insult someone and expect them to find it funny just because you have a smile on your face when you post the insult.
Perhaps you did not participate in the 9/11 thread. It was not just disagreement. Every nutty conspiracy web site source that he linked was refuted time and time again with actual facts from reputable sources. Yet he continued to spew his conspiracy nonsense that the “Joooos” were behind the incident and that the building came down by demolition (that the planes were just a cover.) Many of the people (including myself) who debated in that thread have knowledge, education and expertise on physics, engineering, pyrotechnics, and other science based areas and supplied on-line references to support that knowledge and to completely refute every silly assertion that he made. Yet he continued to dismiss it and spew his ■■■■■■■■■■ nonsense and ridicule us for believing the government cover up. That is the very definition of trolling, and it has gone on completely un disciplined as far as I can see.
And I am NOT the only one here who has had these experiences with this individual. His reputation is firmly established across the Forum. If you value the continuation of this Forum, you will do well to pay attention to the many complaints he generates.
UK is in the EU because its government put it there. It’s government is now feigning an exit from the EU. When the UK goes to war against Belgium, France and whoever is left in the EU…in order to really exit the EU…Poland, Hungary, Spain and the US will drive them back and save your ass…again. 
So you want to censor his free speech, that would be his first amendment right. Not very American of you.
I think this forum espouses free speech.

No. First off, the Right to Free Speech is a Constitutional limitation on Government to suppress it, not on individuals. But to that point, I want him to engage in honest discussion. Dismissing legitimate source rebuttal as buying into a government cover up while posting links to bonafide conspiracy nut web sites is NOT honest discourse. And I would like him to respect his fellow members and the arguments they are making rather than to treat everyone who rebuts him like an ignorant lackey. Free speech is one thing; using that speech to abuse others is another thing altogether. If it is not restrained, this Forum is doomed. The principal sponsor of this site has made it very clear that he will not allow trolls to invade this forum. Yet we find this particular one inside the walls before a guard was placed at the gate.
This forum will degenerate in the same manner as other “freedom of expression” forums have if members are not held to a respectful standard. And that includes general denigration of an entire race of people based on a few examples and a lot of misinformation from hate group web sites.

A “conspiracy nut” is a colloquialism for people who dismiss facts in favor of half truths, lies and misrepresentations. That fits him to a T. If he wants to call me a slave to the established truth, that’s fine. A spade is a spade.
And he is not attacked for what he thinks, he is attacked for dismissing established, documented facts over fiction when presented to him in a discussion on topic. Just because someone can find a site on the Internet to support the outlandish claims they come up with, does not make them a legitimate debater. Being ignorant is one thing, being deliberately ignorant … particularly to push an agenda … is another altogether.
On this, I agree with you. Being deliberately and consistently ignorant is to be either STUPID or a pathological liar. Either way, I try to ignore such people. Hence, the subject idiot is on my list of “Muted” posters here.
However, I agree with others saying that all posters here have a right to be stupid…and to lie incessantly.
Occasionally when the subject poster is putting up thoughts in threads not related to ■■■■■ I have read and liked them. Otherwise, I do not waste time reading or watching bullshit videos.

I take pride in the fact that over the 14 plus years on these Forums, I have never put anyone on ignore. However, I am rethinking that position. It is obvious his behavior is tolerated regardless of my complaints. Perhaps just pretending he is not here is the wiser approach.

He’s not on ignore. There is no such option here. Muting a poster just means that you will never get a notice of activity by that user and never get any DMs from that user. You will still see their posts…and can read them or scroll down to the next post. That’s as close to ignoring them as you can get.
Then what’s the point? I can do that now.
…but you will still get notifications when he posts in threads that you follow or watch…if you don’t mute him.
The notifications are not the problem.
Then I suppose your only option is to scroll down when you see her avatar.
