The Rabbit Hole

Nope we don’t but I’d be willing to wager good money that you do.

…went right over your head!

I’m glad you didn’t say girls…

Mix truths with fake stuff. That’s the modus operandi (This is pretty much the end of my Latin)

How much is the news truthful?
It probably depends on the country.
Here in Japan, the news media is controlled by freemasons and invisible Zionists, and the domestic news is close to 99% accurate (except on Fukushima, which is 0% truthful),

But when it comes to foreign news, it’s below 50% in my estimation.

Since the Japanese viewers trust the news media from the experiences with such domestic news, they trust — blindly — the foreign news as well as 100% accurate.

Mission accomplished.

Not so long ago, you couldn’t get a proper cup of tea anywhere other than the UK. Lipton Yellow was a big joke and about as strong as dishwater. So taking tea bags every time we went abroad was a must. More recently, in hotels they have English Breakfast tea which is actually surprisingly good. They have done away with Lipton Yelllow. I heard something about the reason why you couldn’t get decent tea anywhere and it’s to do with India (Empire days). Not sure what though, so if anyone knows…?

Full English has to be accompanied by a proper cup of tea. Enjoy whilst you can because frying bacon will soon be a hate crime.

On my first trip to Afghanistan, I was totally surprised upon initial entry into the US Base dining hall. There was a table literally piled with cooked bacon…must have been 8 feet long, 3 feet wide and mounded up to a foot thick in the middle.

They evidently wanted to get the message across to first time visitors…BACON IS SERVED HERE!

Our housing compound, which was actually on the ANA Base rather than the US Base, was a square array of shipping containers converted into one room apartments…with a once-used cargo parachute covering a gazebo in the center of the open square (along with a small but sufficiently deep swimming pool)…and the gazebo was stocked with a full bar, ice machine and mixers.

So you been there at least twice-------
Ahhhh - now I understand

Yep - most things go right over your heads unless you saw it on CNN.

You know absolutely nothing regarding why I went to Afghanistan, or Saudi Arabia, or UAE, or Japan…or any other place on Earth that I have been.

All you seem to understand is a delusion of understanding everything. You’re really close to being the most full of shit poster on this site. Only one shithead has you beat.

That was a typo that wasn’t identified by the spell checker. I fixed it for you. Thanks for pointing it out.

US military bases near poppy fields. :moneybag::moneybag::moneybag:

I love this country but when they do “shitty” things for the few rich bastards that control too much and play god then I’ll share it. Orwellian goodthink sucks.

Conspiracy theories term was coined as a derogatory term by the CIA over 40 years ago to quell those who spoke the truth.

Meh. Call it what you like.

Looking into things and questioning is not a bad thing at all.

It is when overwhelming and unbiased evidence from credible sources is presented yet people still cling to the underwhelming that causes their argument to be diminished.

Credible sources like WP, NYT, BBC, CNN, NBC, CBS, ABC, Sky News, Euro News, Wikipedia, Snopes, HuffP, etc. have all been compromised. No cred.

Reminds me of someone we know who wouldn’t even accept scientific and mathematical fact. In fact, he knows everything and is never wrong!

I’m not going to argue that, Jen

However, there are some things that are just too asinine to give credibility to.

You might be speaking to the low information voters with that, Alex. And based on that, I agree with the sorry state of oblivion some people live in.

However, on this forum you are not (mostly) speaking to people who trust their government or are oblivious.
