They claim they’ve lost that high rootin tootin kilobit technology and we haven’t gone back for about 50 years. So sad
Americans did go to the moon, but not on Apollo 11 which never left the earth orbit.
The trio never left the US.
There was more advanced technology than rocket propulsion, back-engineered from Roswell, but it’s another story.
NASA officials today admitted what many conspiracy theorists have been claiming for years, that man never walked on the moon.

NASA has been claiming for decades that it is nearly impossible for astronauts to see stars, but now the Astronomy Picture of the Day admits that without an atmosphere, we would see stars even when the sun is shining.

I read the article, photo’s by NASA and still it’s a case of “Trust Us It Happened”.
I’m thin on the whole trust issue.
This is a long one and even if you believe or don’t believe, it’s interesting to see how easy it is to create “artificial reality”. From about an hour in is probably the best of the meat and potatoes.
Mine is in a much less accessible place.
I always thought that movie was a poke at how easy we have been manipulated and conned.
More conspiracy bullshit!
Surely you people are not so dumb as to not recognize that the brightness of ambient light causes lens openings (iris) to admit less of the available light in order to maintain proper exposure.
This happens with your eyes as well as with cameras.
This is why we do not see stars in the daytime…the sun is just too bright for our eyes to admit enough light to see the weak light beams coming from the stars. That does not mean that the stars are not there.
You people are ignorant…and possibly STUPID!
If you are so knowledgeable and NOT stupid, please explain the two issues I raised.
It could be photoshop shit.
I am ignorant of what caused the white spot…not even sure it is from a rock as you claim.
I do perceive that the sunlight is coming from the right at a low angle.
I have an app which tracks the ISS. You can see it with the naked eye when it passes overhead and very clearly indeed through a telescope.
Now that is a good reason to study science…
Asar … that is not the reason. The reason is because of the scatter in the atmosphere (which is why the sky is blue, except in places like Beijing) is much brighter than the stars behind. If you arise and watch the morning star you can observe the fade-out of all the other stars as the sun rises.
This is true, it was an exoskeleton containing a man.
This also is true! However the ability of photographic equipment to resolve the exposure required to capture both the strongly-lit image of a man in a suit and the twinkling light-show behind him is enough reason to accept the lack of stars in these photos.
… unless of course, you are not a photographer.
They claim the ISS is only orbiting 230 miles up from earths surface that’s why you can see it speeding around up there at night.
The Van Allen Belt is 1,000 miles up and that is where X-ray radiation is so strong it would fry humans.
Now I’m not an astronomer so I thought I’d go and ask one - this is what came back…
Stars do glow during the day, but we can’t see them because of the glare of sunlight. When the sun is up, the blue color in sunlight gets scattered all over the atmosphere, turning the sky the familiar bright blue color. This blue light is much brighter than the faint light coming from the stars, so it prevents us from seeing them.
If you were standing on the Moon, for instance, where there is no atmosphere, you would see the stars both day and night.

Think it might have been something like are you awake but not sure or are you awake yet
I hope Johnson does the proper brexit deed and doesn’t turn out creepy crawly.
