The lies we have heard from the media

She admitted it never happened.

So you’re talking to 98% of the Japanese…

I’d say 99% or more. It will be an interesting research theme.

At least in Japan, if you don’t believe what NHK says, they think there’s something wrong with you. (Goes to show how easy it is to manipulate the Japanese, and history shows.)

It’s not like many Brits don’t believe BBC. Maybe something like Aussies believing information coming from ABC (Australian Broadcasting Corp).

A run of the mill criminal dying is a national sacred tragedy when he’s black and killed by someone not black.

Any innocent person getting killed by blacks is not only not news, but you’re Hitler to even have a problem with it.

The media is not accidentally tone deaf, it is deliberately and maliciously misleading.

Probably off the charts, literally.

Even Fox News selectively airs videos of the Rayshard Brooks incident.

They show a short clip of when Brooks was calmly being arrested, clip it off right after he begins to resist physically, then jump to the surveillance cam video of the chase across the parking lot and the shooting of Brooks by the officer.

They intentionally leave out the video wherein Brooks struggles with both officer, takes both of them to the pavement, grabs one officer’s taser and takes it away from him, then begins his escape run across the parking lot, turning and trying to fire the taser back at the pursuing officer That is when the officer pulls his gun and shoots Brooks…in the back of course, because he was running away from him.

They do not mention that Brooks pointed the taser at the officer and tried to fire it. You can see a short flash of light from the taser when Brooks activates it. He may have turned on the LED flashlight feature of the taser rather than cause it to fire.

This is disingenuous reporting from Fox News.

There’s a longer video of the scuffle and a longer video of the calm approach the officers took prior to attempting to place him under arrest and handcuff him. That is when Brooks became violent.

I will search for those two videos. In one of them, Brooks was still in his vehicle calmly talking to one of the officers who was asking him if he knew where he was. He responded repeatedly with claims that he was on Old Dixie Highway (which is miles from University Avenue). He was obviously drunk or drugged up.

Brooks had gone to sleep in his vehicle while in the drive through lane at the Wendy’s and other patrons had called the police.

ON EDIT:
In this link, there is a video that I have also linked at the bottom. Watch the bottom link. In it, I started the video at the point at which the officer arrived at Brooks’ vehicle. The one in the link here is blank for several minutes.

Below is the most complete body camera video of the incident and the aftermath.

It starts with the arrival of the second officer to the scene and shows the compete record of the initial investigation and attempt to arrest of Mr. Brooks.

The body cam was worn on the chest of the officer that shot Brooks. It was dislodged when the scuffle began and landed facing upward on the pavement.

The audio is continuous throughout. The camera is later retrieved by another officer and carried in his hand, facing his palm for several minutes. The lens is partially covered and the image is upside down for a short while. At about the 42 minute mark it is repositioned and eventually reattached to the officers chest.

The video continues until the officer is escorted downtown into the Homicide Office and the camera is docked.

It is worth watching completely based solely on the audio. The visual images also are quite telling.

Here’s a recent prime example of that. Not only does the headline not describe the contents, the contents debunk the headline.

The stupid bastard that wrote the article proved his headline to be a lie.

Be sure to read the comments it generated on Twitter.

The guy was on a drug of some sort.
The cops should have arrested him on the spot, instead of wasting time (thus tax dollars) on him.
They should have known he was not only lying but dangerous.
