The Judicial Overreach and the Impending Constituional Crisis

As we already have been seeing across the nation activist judges funded by George Soros NGO’s have been trying interfere with President Trumps agenda, which is the will of the people. It is unprecedented what has taken place with activist Federal judges voting overwhelmingly 64% of time to overturn Trump’s EO’s from various districts across the country and its overdue that something has to be done about it. The big question is this: If unelected Judicial judges are allowed to legislate from the bench thus nullifying the commander in Chief who was overwhelmingly voted by the American people and the executive branch, then will we cease to exist as a constitutional Republic and turn into autocratic state?

Our constitution did not create a plural executive or judicial tyranny and our founders sought to address this very issue of judicial overreach to impede a Presidents agenda similar to what Thomas Jefferson as President was dealing with during his presidency. It is clear what the role of every branch of government’s is and one of them is not allowing district Judges to dictate to the president what he can and can not do when it comes to his executive power afforded to him under the US constitution.

Current hearings in the judiciary committee have been taking place to address this very issue and to highlight a few, Newt Gangrich has the best well articulated anecdote to solve this problem, but clearly action is needed as 77 million voters demand it!

Separation of powers is a joke.
We have seen how the Romanian Supreme Court annuled the presidential election, and now France.

Is the US any better? Maybe a little better after the Talmudic Joo Ginsburg kicked the bucket.

We the gentiles have guns! No Joos on Indian land! That is the difference, but give it time I am sure France and the rest of Europe will erupt with chaos soon enough!

I’m so fed-up with these judges that think they have more power than the President of the USA . I no longer believe our SC decides issues based on law or the Constitution but rather on THEIR political affiliation . I know soon we will no longer wait for these destructive decisions and seek true remedy !!!
