Rittenhouse Defense Seeks Mistrial, Claims Prosecutors Withheld Key Video
Court documents showed that a formal seven-page motion was filed based on prosecutorial misconduct shortly before Mondayâs closing arguments, the Chicago Tribune reported Tuesday.
The motion accuses prosecutors of not properly sharing a piece of video evidence. It asserts that prosecutors held back high-resolution drone footage used to try to suggest that Rittenhouse was the aggressor when he claimed self-defense before the first shooting.
The kid was LEGALLY DEFENDING HIMSELF.
The provocateurs were those racist terrorist BURN LOOT MURDER animals, who threatened him.
They got what they deserved.
He deserves a MEDAL, not a trial.
Simple enough. When he takes the oath of office a PRESIDENT ELECT in 2024,(after kicking the shit out of whatever DemoNazi runs against him) he can formally pardon Kyle the hero.
Hopefully, the jury will do its job and acquit this hero. He committed no crime.

Canât answer that one brother. Maybe because anyone with half a brain can see that this case is as clear as black and white and therefore they thought they didnât need to request to move the trial somewhere else. Besides that its quite expensive to move such a trial to another jurisdiction and very rarely happens. The other aspect to consider as well, when looking at the limp wrist weaklings in our society, the people that make up the current jury pool, they are too scared to produce a verdict either way as they are under pressure and too scared of the repercussions of their decision that awaits, which is why its taking so freaking long to come back with a verdict that should have been decided a long time ago. If I was a betting man, my bet is on its going to be a hung jury. How much do you want to bet that they come back with a hung jury? I also think the judge reserves the right to declare a mistrial and has that Ace up his sleeve should the jury prove too fking incompetent to come back with a verdict.
