When Biden was Vice-President and Obama was President, the Russians did not pay Obama, they paid Biden. When Biden went to the Ukraine, the Ukraine did not pay Obama, they paid Biden. When Biden went to China, the Chinese did not pay Obama, they paid Biden. What did this tell us? Does it tell us that Biden was the real president and Obama was just a figurehead? What a crook!
