Just when we thought we were getting past this saga, now this.
The article points out what the inspector general has put up as a item of contention to which the American tax payer if not already outraged with the unscrupulous spending as if the US treasury is a gambling casino or ATM machine that our elected officials is exploiting at every turn; they should be with this ridiculous finding.
This just adds insult to injury!
