Another bit of SCOTUS news today.
For more than 100 years the SC has in most cases given the green light to reasonable regulation of gun. Gun Permits,full automatics and concealed weapons. Like I have mentioned before,PInkos and fruitcakes are in charge!
And reasonable gun regulation troubles you???
One theory is that the cases were tanked as Roberts wants to keep the court neither right or left. The latest ruling in the LGBTQrstuv case was clearly an over reach as SCOTUS does not write law yet rewrote law in this case. Perhaps Roberts felt the case was a nothing burger and he kept the media and left at bay for a bit longer. Meanwhile we now have a law that is implemented in different ways depending on which circuit court district you reside in.
