Russia is looking for a way out and saving face , they know if they continue there will be little left of Russia . The Eastern front is near collapse according to many of the analysts.
Not sure about that one. If we are talking about Ukraine losing the war then I would tend to believe that because what has been clear is that they (Russian Forces) have been in control with more territory gained each day!

If we don’t make a “deal,” and soon, I have no other choice but to put high levels of Taxes, Tariffs, and Sanctions on anything being sold by Russia to the United States, and various other participating countries.
