There must have been a really good reason for not doing so. He has some pretty smart lawyers representing him and I am sure they have a really good reason for whatever they decided what hand to play.
Also keep in mind that when he declassified “Crossfire Hurricane” exposing Obama, Hillary. the CIA, and the FBI, that pretty much set the stage for the deep state to go after him. IMO this is what this trail is all about. Remove him from being president again because most of these people are going to burn if he is allowed back into the White House. They know it and the American people know it.

Ignored: Biden’s possession of decades-old, classified documents goes to show the government is normally lackadaisical about the mishandling of such papers.
Ignored: FBI’s burying of evidence that Biden accepted a $5 million bribe to affect foreign affairs.
What we should be talking about: The FBI and DOJ using its power to decide our elections and the destiny of our republic.
We we shall see. Unfortunately we will not see the documents and what thy relate to. How can a jury assess innocent or guilty with out the contents of the documents.
