Trump has every right to go through these boxes, and work with them on keeping what he wants.
We won’t know the details until the defense gets discovery. Then they can determine a lot of things such as exculpatory evidence and whether or not the prosecution team is withholding any. Next Prosecutorial conduct and whether or not it has been breached. Those will be determined through the discovery process and the filing of motions.
