WELL BECAUSE THEY ARE RUNNING OUT OF CASH AND HAVE MILLIONS MORE ILLEGALS TO PUT INTO HOTELS .
They will just divert funds from other places to cover the illegals.

And when Americans contribute to their fund they will take credit.
