I just want to see the government shut everything down and keep everything shut down until this thing blows over.
It’s just stupid in my opinion because the time for “lockdowns” was a long time ago (if the whole goal here was actually to prevent a major interruption in the country)… But back then Trump was literally telling his own followers on Twitter that the Stock Market was “solid” and what was then happening in China was easily dismissed as a mere figment of some conspiracy theorist’s imagination.
All I can say is that for someone who in 2016 ran on a “nationalist” agenda, in 2020 this same person couldn’t have managed to misjudge and mismanage this current situation any worse than he already has.

I had the same symptoms this morning…gargled with hydrogen peroxide (mixed 50/50 with water), took a Mucinex time release capsule…problem went away. My temperature never got higher than 98.7…

- European leaders all also miscalculated badly
- He’s trying to make up for lost time now
- His behavior now will redeem him in many ways
- This situation spells the end of globalism and we can be immensely grateful for that

Yeah I going to disagree on that premise, because places like Singapore, Thailand have experienced large outbreaks and their climate is hot all year round.

Bloody hell Goggy, I thought I was a theory conspiracist but that makes me look like a gullible flake by comparison; although I have to say that I thought so at first too - now I’m crapping myself!! In fact I have an appointment at my surgery next week to have an ear syringed, but I’m going to cancel it, and buy another bottle of earwax softener rather than hang around in the waiting room, inhaling who-knows-what bugs?

When I watched it being reported on last night’s tv news there was a bunch of sport-nutters saying that although they won’t be able to get into the ground, they’re still going to attend and stand outside of the stadium while the matches ares being played. FFS stop the world, I want to get off. 
No sports on TV.
Couples working from home.
Shortages of everyday products.
Panic amongst the intelligentsia.
All a very interesting formula.

I’ve only had the flu once in my life and as I recall, I wasn’t up to being ‘frisky’!
People staying home to avoid the virus doesn’t conflate to having the flu. The New York black out decades ago brought on a spike in births.
